Quinoa Salad:  A fresh, colourful and healthy salad you can make well before guests arrive.

Strawberry & Spinach Salad:  Balsamic Vinegar and Coconut Sugar let you enjoy fresh local Strawberries or imported Strawberries all year round.

Incredible Gluten-Free Pizza:  Pizza is a side dish at our house !  You’ll like this cheesy, cauliflower crust developed by Kathy Smart.  If you don’t, try this cheesy, Zucchini recipe.

Zucchini Latkes:   Good comfort food sometimes needs a little extra effort.  But if you have a shredding attachment on your food processor, it’s a snap.

Killer Caesar Salad with Oyster Croutons:  Intriguing huh ?!  It’s a weekly staple ’round these parts.

Citrus Gravlax:  BAM !  You must try this fantastic cured salmon adapted from Food Network Stars:  Emeril Lagasse and Chuck Hughes
