Who Wants CAKE ?!!!!

It’s really hard to say NO! When you try to be good, it’s even harder to figure out how many net slices you had when you take multiple “slivers”.  Who’s foolin’ who ?

These familiar recipes have been modified slightly.  You’ll be able to have your cake and eat it too (not two) on your Cheat Day.  BUT you have to be really strict the Next Day After !

Blueberry Yogurt Pound Cake:  Buttery, rich cake made with fresh OJ

Red Velvet Cupcakes:  You’ll die for these but won’t use Red Dye in the process

GF Chocolate Beer Cake:  Unbelievably, light like Angel Food Cake

Blueberry Velvet Cheese Cake:  A simple but luscious Knox Gelatin recipe

Pumpkin Crumble Cake:  Almond and Coconut Flour offer high protein and a light, sweet crumb.

Chocolate Pumpkin Tart:  No bake FAV for Trick or Treaters.

Seed Lover’s Granola Bars:  Once you try these, you won’t be eating like a Bird…it’s sweet, gooey yet nutrient dense.

UBC Ponderosa Cake:  A Banana Coffee Cake with reduced sugars and gluten-freed.  Still irresistible.

Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake:  Hubby likes this high protein, high fiber cake.  I like it cold.  Our teenager still prefers Guilt-Free Brownies.  You decide !  Caution:  Last result was too beany, needs recipe update…
