I’ve tried everything. Putting recipes on index cards, entering them in software programs ( that stop working ) and placing recipes in plastic page protectors in binders.
Now that I’ve decided to be a GF Gal, I’m slowly converting my existing family favourites to be Gluten-FREED or healthified. Time to join the new millennium and store the recipes in this Blog. I give credit to the original author/source, if known. I provide both the original recipe and my adaptation in a tabular format in a PDF. That way, if you don’t like my substitutions you can tinker with the original as you see fit !
