Another great recipe to use up those ripe bananas.  Easy to convert to GF too.  Simply use Gluten Free Gigi’s Flour Blend.  I didn’t have any Yogurt on hand but the results were fantastic using Sour Cream.  Click here to see Laura’s original recipe or check out this Banana-y Banana Bread PDF to see all my substitutions.
